NCDC Board Reappoints MR. Ravu Frank As City Manager For A Second Term

The Incumbent City Manager of Port Moresby Mr. Ravu Frank has been re-appointed for another four-year term.

NCD Governor Powes Parkop at City Hall in the presence of NCDC Board and Management made the re-appointment.

Mr. Frank completed his first four-year term, serving from June 2022 to June 2026, with his initial appointment concluding on 8 June 2026.
