Public Tender Notice: Ncd Building Projects

National Capital District Commission officially invites tender submissions from qualified architectural and master planning firms for six major infrastructure projects aimed at transforming our city:

●5,000 Person Open Arts Theatre

●Motu Koita Heritage Center

●SME City within NCD

●Market Redevelopments: Boroko, Gerehu, and Lareva.

Key Details:

Documents Available: From May 7th, 2026, at City Hall (K200 non-refundable fee).

Eligibility: Must be a registered architectural firm with a valid IPA Certificate, Tax ID, and minimum 15 years of experience.

Submission Deadline: No later than 10:00 AM on May 22nd, 2026, at the Ground Floor Tender Box, City Hall.
