How To
There are two methods you can use to pay for your land tax and garbage rate.
1. In-person
This method requires you to vist NCDC at Waigani and make payment by cash or swiping your card on an EFTPOS machine. Our friendly cashiers will be more than happy to assist and serve you.
2. Online
This method involves paying online from the convenience of your home or office. In fact you can pay online from anywhere in the world. But first you need to register online if you have not done so yet.
Visit the Client Portal to register. Once you have completed the registration process you will be prompted to upload the required documents. This will enable us to verify your records and your identity. Note that you will not be able to view your invoice if you have not been verified. So it is important that you upload the required documents as soon as possible.
Verification is done by our hardworking and dedicated Revenue team and normally takes about 24 hours, provided that you upload the required documents. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the process is completed.
The portal is very user friendly and you should be able to view your invoice and pay online with relative ease.
