This is to advise the General Public and especially those residing within and around the Downtown Area, specifically, near / opposite / adjacent to Section 07 Allotment 31, Granville (Lawes Road), that the NCD Physical Planning Office is in receipt of an Application by Property Investments Consultants Limited for Planning Permission for the Proposed Construction of 17 Storey Residential Apartment Building Complex comprising 72 Self Contained Units and Ancillary Uses.
As part of the consultation process the Physical Planning Office is inviting views /comments from the General Public on the above proposal. Your comments will form a valuable part of the overall report and assessment of the application.
A copy of the location plan is shown for ease of reference.
Your comments should be received in writing by the NCD Physical Planning Office at the address supplied below no later than Thursday 24th September 2020; otherwise it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
