Proposed 12 Storey Commercial Office & 20 Storey Residential Building

PROPOSED 12 STOREY COMMERCIAL (OFFICE) BUILDING AND 20 STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ON A 2 STOREY PODIUM AT PORTION 2590, GRANVILLE (KONEDOBU/POREPORENA FREEWAY), NATIONAL CAPITAL DISTRICT

 

This is to advise the General Public and especially those residing within and around the Konedobu Area, specifically, near / opposite / adjacent Portion 2590, Granville (Konedobu), that the NCD Physical Planning Office is in receipt of an Application by Star Property Limited for Planning Permission for the Proposed Construction of a 12 Storey Commercial (Office) Building and a 20 Storey Residential building on a 2 Storey Podium. 

As part of the consultation process the Physical Planning Office is inviting views /comments from the General Public on the above proposal. Your comments will form a valuable part of the overall report and assessment of the application.

A copy of the location plan is shown for ease of reference.

Your comments should be received in writing by the NCD Physical Planning Office at the address supplied below no later than Thursday 24th September 2020; otherwise it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
