Drainage Reserves

The NCD Physical Planning Board (NCD PPB) and the National Capital District Commission (NCDC) are seriously concerned that some Property Owners and Residents in NCD have encroached, squatted and reclaimed lands designated as Drainage Reserves.

This is deemed illegal in accordance with Physical Planning Act 1989 & Physical Planning Regulation 2007 and Building Act, Chapter 301.

As Administrator of the above mentioned legislations, National Capital District Commission (NCDC) will proceed to serve UNAUTHORISED USE NOTICES followed by the DEMOLITION NOTICES to owners of properties found to be non-compliant.

The NCDC encourages property owners and residents to comply with this Notice and remove any developments or fences they have constructed over drainage reserves.  Failure to do so will result in the immediate demolition undertaken by our Enforcement Team.
