The public is advised that due to the State Of Emergency declared by the Government in response to the Corona Virus situation, all operations of the Commission will be scaled down and only essential services with minimum staff will be in operation.
Effectively, City Hall will be closed to the public and the staff involved with this arrangement will only deal with emergency situations.
This is considered necessary to comply with the preventive measures for Corona Virus of social distancing and minimising crowds.
All clients and the general public are asked to co-operate in these circumstances for the duration of the State of Emergency.
Any application fees, land tax or garbage rates can be paid through online banking Bill Pay and or direct deposit to NCDC Bank Account #1000 584 525, Bank South Pacific (BSP). Once payments are made, please email details to moreenk@ncdc.gov.pg, patricias@ncdc.gov.pg or revenue@ncdc.gov.pg
NCDC encourages the public to ensure good hygiene practise as we all work towards preventing and containing the virus to allow for normalcy in the city.
