More Roads, More Buildings, More Services Taurama Residents Give Praise to City Authority For New Road Sealing Koura Way Opens Up Undeveloped Area Market PlatformsThe National Capital District Commission (NCDC) is seriously concerned about the spontaneous growth of new settlements and illegal developments occurring along the following newly constructed arterial roads;
This is deemed illegal according to the Physical Planning Act 1989 & Physical Planning Regulation 2007 and Building Act, Chapter 301.
The National Capital District Commission (NCDC) will commence serving of UNAUTHORISED USE NOTICES followed by the DEMOLITION NOTICES to owners of properties found to be non-compliant along these road corridors.
All concerned persons are required to comply with this Notice and remove any developments or fences they have constructed along the mentioned roads. Failure to do so will result in the immediate demolition undertaken by our Enforcement Team.
