ONLY ESSENTIAL SERVICES will be provided by the Commission from City Hall and at the various public locations for municipal services.
The following essential services will be provided on applicable staffing arrangements for the next two weeks as off Monday 27th July, 2020;
Anyone wishing to enquire on the services are asked to contact the following;

NCDC considers this arrangement as important for the health and wellbeing of its staff and seeks the understanding, co-operation and support of the public in this time of a serious health situation involving the Corona Virus.
