The Division is responsible for:
- City Cleaning
- Grass cutting & Tree cutting and pruning
- Public place cleaning
- Graffiti removal - NCDC will not remove graffiti, but enforce the Laws – It is the responsibility of the businesses or residences to keep their walls clean and tidy.
- Bare hill tree plantation
- Open reserves
- Roundabouts garden maintenance - NCDC is keen in entrusting the roundabouts and other prominent public places to business houses for maintenance. NCDC will allow sign boards to be erected on those places by those who maintain it.
