Directorate: Organizational Services (Communications & Engagement) Grade NC.14+Allowances

Role Purpose: Reporting to the Director - Organizational Services, the Communications and Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing NCDC’s strategic objectives. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance NCDC’s public visibility, strengthen community relations, and foster engagement with citizens and key stakeholders.
The role also involves overseeing internal and external communications, managing the planning and execution of NCDC’s flagship and public events, promoting NCD tourism activities, and coordinating customer service operations and public inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public sector communications, with experience in engaging diverse communities, managing large-scale events, and leading diverse teams.
